Since our foundation in 2017, Write-on has produced an Anthology every year. We have also published books for members who have a substantial body of writing of a high standard, written over the years.

As well as these publications, Write-on takes part in Culture Night every year. We produce a two-hour special presentation showing the best of our original works.

Each year we have a Christmas Special – Songs, Stories and Poems on a seasonal theme. We also have fun with Santa’s Elves and other festive high jinks.

Book Launch – A Normal Couple by Olga Peters 6 April 2024

From time to time, our members produce interesting presentations on topics of interest to them. In this engaging video, Eileen Miller shares the fascinating journey of uncovering Patrick Kelly’s legacy over three years. Her exploration inspired the creation of a comprehensive book: DERRYCLARE AND OTHER POEMS. This work not only presents Kelly’s poems in their full splendour but also enriches them with selected writings, critical reviews, and additional insights that frame both the poetry and the poet within their historical context.
